Q: How long does shipping take? A: Most U.S. orders arrive 7-14 business days from ship date. We fulfill from Korea via our partner, Korealy.

 

Q: Is this authentic Korean skincare? A: Yes. Every product ships direct from our Korean partner in original packaging.  These are quality assured products with authentic clinical ingredients as described.  There are no "Korean-inspired."

 

Q: What's your return policy? A: 7-day return window if something doesn't love you back. Email us at hello@bestfriendbeauty.skin to start a return.  Or follow teh instructions on the label.

 

Q: Why is shipping from Korea and not a U.S. warehouse? A: Sourcing direct from Korea is how we keep prices real. Korean brands don't all have U.S. distribution, so we fulfill from where the products are made.

Most products overuse it. The sweet spot is 2–5%.
